Discussion of Quality control technology in ITS real-time detector data

The quality of real-time detector traffic data is paramount for advanced traffic information system and ITS. Part of detector data can not be full use because of many reasons. This paper combined with a lot of research in this field, presented the concept and key technology of quality control in ITS data and discussed the algorithm in the key technology . It provide a workable method to make sure high quality in detector data.
