The research on Hangzhou real estate market early warning system

The question of over-warming real estate is attracting much more people-s attention.However,there exists no unanimous opinion on this problem.This article tries to estimate the 2004～2005 year's date of index,which is selected from many sensitive index with the Artificial Neural Network Model.A mature yellow pre-warning method of the statistics is discussed and will be used to judge the real estate market in the future.
