The design of MIS and DSS using state detecting and fault diagnosis on equipment management

This paper apply the technique of state detecting and fault diagnosis to the equipment management and establish the maintenance plan and spare part plan according to the state of the equipment and other producing real thing. A design about the equipment management system combining the static state management with dynamic management is given here.
