New Light Furniture Material-Development of Composite Board Made of Wooden Material with Enhanced Composite Honeycomb Paper Core

With side length of honeycomb unit of enhanced honeycomb paper core of wooden material,thickness of supporting batten of fiber board and stretching ratio of enhanced honeycomb core chosen as testing factors,the effect of the three factors on mechanical properties of the composite board is discussed.The test shows that the side length of honeycomb unit has significant influence on the MOR,MOE and plane compression strength of the board,the thickness of supporting batten has noticeable effect on MOE and the stretching ratio has no considerable impact on the mechanical properties of the board.
