Condition Monitoring of Large-scale Megawatt Wind Turbines

According to the maintenance situation of domestic and oversea wind turbines,the key components of wind turbines which make malfunctions with the highest frequency are obtained statistically,and the reasons and phenomenon of the malfunction of components are also given.The physical objects should be monitored when wind turbines are working are given according to analysis.Considering the characteristics of the physical objects and the structure of key components,the type and position of sensors in the condition monitoring system of wind turbines are discussed,so that the condition monitoring can monitor the working state of the components of wind turbines,and ensure that the wind turbine works steadily for a long time.
