Application of Simulated Annealing Algorithm in Optimization of Pharmacokinetic Parameters

The basic theory and application steps are presented in the paper.Simulated annealing algorithm is used to determine the values of pharmaconetic parameters.In order to determine every parameter's varying interval,the results solved by residual method are applied.Simulated annealing algorithm program is carried out under the environment of Matlab and the comparison of present method with residual method and IGS-M are made.The results of numerical simulation show that the method is simple and accurate so that it can be used in parameters identification of other module efficiently and widely.
