Discussion on the basic Unit of Network and Information Security Emergency Classification

In accordance with the provisions of the existing network and information security emergency grades, degrees of social harm and influence scope unquantifiable factors, leading to the basic units not in the first time accurately judge the security event level. This paper mainly according to the basic units are three level and four level emergency events, combined effect, the time and the influence of main factors such as the consequences of further refinement on the event level division, fast and effective guidance the units for rapid response according to the corresponding event level.
