Cognitive study of technology hazard from difference among classical theories

Technology hazard has threatened human society seriously and the aftermath can't be measured.By studying and the classical theories about technology hazard cause,the root of difference among those classical theories about whether technology hazard can be avoided is in studies based on different technologies and technology systems,so there is an absence of a general perceive about technology.Thus,first of all,this paper defines technology and technology system,then analyses the mechanism of technology hazard to study technology hazard ontology.Next,the paper defines technology hazard,then type it and identify its characters.Hereby,the perceive system is formed to dispel the disputation among classical theories,moreover,it will provide basic theory to develop the study about emergency management of technology hazard.
