Study on an Association Rules and Ontology Based on Semantic Query Expansion

At present,the traditional query expansion is a major technical study on keywords query expansion,although technically has been greatly improved,but it can not substantially improve the performance of information retrieval.In the analysis of the current query expansion,the paper proposes a new type of semantic expansion of queries.This method is a combination of association rules,and other body retrieval technology,as opposed to the traditional query expansion of information technology effects have been greatly improved.Experiments on standard testing set show that the approach achieves 13.40% improvement for P@20 and 12.26% for the F-measure.
