A Computer Screen Coder/Decoder for Monitor System

In some key control systems,for example the air traffic control system,there must be a computer screen snapshots recording system,working 7 plus 24 hours,nonstop,with picture quality lossless and low storage cost.Aiming at the characteristics of the screen snapshot sequences,the picture differences distilling,the LZSS compressing method and Huffman coding are used.While using this Codec,the CPU usage is 50% lower and the memory usage is 40% lower than XviD Codec.
