A Tendency of Irrigation——Continued Micro-Irrigation
Liu Yang · Jieshui guan'gai · 2008
Continued Micro-Irrigation is a kind of continuous irrigation mode which provides the most appropriate water environment for crops. Its irrigation frequency reaches the level, which is synchronous with the water requirement of crops without interval.Under continued micro-irrigation,the soil moisture in root zone changes inconspicuously, and may maintain the ideal state for the growth of crops.Continued micro-irrigation not only can provide good rhizosphere environment for the growth of crops. Also,it has good water-saving and yield-increasing potential and obvious economy advantage.Continued micro-irrigation may become an important development direction of irrigation in the future.
