Nursing research in acute aortic dissection

Objective: To summarize the nursing experience in acute aortic dissection in order to take more effective nursing interventions to reduce mortality in patients with acute phase.Methods: Seventy-two cases of acute aortic dissection patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The patients in the control group were given conventional care.The patients in the experimental group mainly took absolute bed rest,sedation and pain relief,strict control of blood pressure and heart rate,psychological counseling and defecation management of primary care measures.Results: The nursing outcomes of two groups were significantly different(P0.05).Conclusion: The close observation of changes in condition,timely sedation and pain relief,blood pressure and heart rate control,strengthen psychological care and bowel management can lower left ventricular contractile force and contraction speed.Consequently,the further expansion of hematoma is prevented and the success rate of resuscitation in patients with acute aortic dissection is improved.
