A New Exploration on the Experiment of Watching the Separation of the Cytoplasm from the Cell Wall of the Plant Cell

To observe the separation of the cytoplasm from the cell wall of the plant cell is one of the classical experiment of the biology education in senior high school.Use the white radish which is often been seen in our daily life tobe the material of our experiment.The white radish is used to be the material of the permeation apparatus.This apparatus is new,and it is easy to make the students be interestedin it.We organize students to do a further research of our material.We concluded that if we uses some diffirent kinds of native species,we can get some special and clear rescults from the experiment.From the perspctive of the consolidation expand knowledge of the college entranceexamination actual of the practice of the principle of infiltration training,and return to teaching material,the students improved experimental design capacity.
