An Approach of Ontology Building Based on Wiki

Ontologies are the backbone of the Semantic Web.Creation and maintenance of ontologies,however,are difficult.Only a flacon of Web users(Domain Experts) can take part in the process of building domain ontologies.We show a plan of ontology development environment,adding user interfaces of ontology building to Wikipedia,reducing entry barriers for the participation of users in the creation and maintenance of ontologies.The system stores,manages and shares knowledge with OWL ontologies.Given enough ontology in system as the dictionary,we even can automatically create ontologies using ontology learning.
