Research on remote serving and maintaining system of complex equipments

To deal with maintenance service requirement of complex equipments,an after-sale service and maintenance system for equipments was proposed based on the network and mobile communication technologies.Research and development process and its key technologies were discussed.The design and development of three subsystems have been completed which include maintaining and maintenance service management subsystem,customer's online service subsystem and mobile service subsystem.Finally,an actual system and its operation status were introduced.
