Application of SPI Software in Automatic Control Instrument Designing

This paper describes the Smart engineering design software of American Intergraph,briefly introduced the composing,fuctions,characteristic of the SPI automatic control instrumentation software among the Smart Plant series software,and it's status of application,re-development in China,as well as the status for being a general seed.Aiming to the importance and wide-application of SPI software in the field of automatic instrumentation engineering.Based on the communion design,module diagram interface,loop drawing,described the application and re-development of Intools for automatic instrumentation engineering.meanwhile,introduced the application and advantage of SPI software in the factory-lifecycle management;explained the overseas project owner's automatic control instrumentation management model based on SPI software——the instrumentation loop package management system.
