On Study in Improving Method of Outside-Examination System Measure Precision

This paper presents the wave refracting method of revising with radiometer to avoid the re- fracting errors which be made about outside-examination system in navigating and testing speed,meanwhile the typical result of time-variation characteristics' influence on the wave's revising precision in the atmos- phere at low angle of elevation.
