Nursing cooperation of pulling out sheath after percutaneous coronary intervention

Objective To study nursing experience of pulling out sheath after operation. Methods To retrospectively analyse methods of pulling out of sheath and nursing process including observation on the state of illness ,psychological care and wound care of 44 cases after percutaneous coronary intervention. Results The sheaths in 44 patients were pulled out successfully. Better preparation could improve the success rate of pulling out sheath and reduce complications. Conclusion Full preparation ,active cooperation and careful postoperative care play an important role and ensure success for pulling out sheath.
