Talking about the Issue of Information Quality

Academic circles have many different views about the issue of information quality, the opinion of professor Zhang Jizhe illustrated in his paper of Discussion on Information Form and Information Quality(Second Part) ——Talking about Information's Property and Content and Its Meaningis one of them. Based on analyzing the opinion of professor Zhang, this paper expounds some confusions in the bases and the standards of classifying the first property and second property in information quality, and points out the shortcomings of the viewpoint of holding pessimistic view of that the information technology will help improve the information quality.
