A Design of Li-lion Battery Protection IC with Low Power Consumption and Multi-Series

We describe a novel CMOS process Li-ion battery protection IC.The circuit has low current consumption because it works in subthreshold region,especially its benchmark circuit and bias circuit work in subthreshold region.A kind of this protection IC has multi-series because the voltage of benchmark circuit is from resistance net.The protection IC can work in wide voltage range.We can achieve design goals via simulation.
