From the viewpoint of actual demands,the paper adopts relatively mature development technology of ASP dynamic web pages basing on windows operating system and achieves a relative perfect comprehensive platform of water and electricity management in Coal mine colleges.As the platform is on line,it can greatly improve the efficiency of water and electricity management in university logistics,strengthen management openness and speed up the information process in the construction of university.
