Advances and Prospect of Research on Technology of Wood Heat-treatment

Introduction was made on researches of wood hear-treatment process,and on wood properties and mechanical properties of heat-treated wood at home and abroad.For increasing wood use efficiency and properties,improving decay-resistance and weatherproof,augmenting added value,propositions were offered such as further study on heat conductive medium with stable heating,low price and energy consumption,as well as on increase of automatic level of the process in China.
