Under the guidance of unified process,design methods and the key technologies of a web-based inventory management system were given.The key technologies mainly include materiel encoding,materiel multilevel management, active reports and security management.Then we provide the whole functional model of the new system. Finally, we analyzed and developed the function models by.net technology.
