Welcoming new members is the first step to accept the freshmen into the police colleges.The effectiveness of disseminating police college organizational culture is closely related to the establishment of good image of police college and the cultivation of students' feelings of loving school.So it is necessary to stand in the angle of police colleges new members to research the effectiveness of culture dissemination and perceptual content,to seek ways to improve the police colleges cultural communication effectiveness.
