Policy-driven Multi-agent System and Its Application in QoS Management

This paper proposes a policy-driven agent system and introduces the function of every component.This system integrates the intelligence and collaboration of intelligent multi-agent system and the advantages of policy based network management to introduce new idea and new method for network management.Then,based on this system,a framework for the management of QoS is proposed,and the working of the system is described in detail through an example.
