To explore the effective of the early psychological nursing intervention in prevent patient's awareness during general anesthesia with intracranial aneurysm undergoing intervention embolization therapy.100 patients with intracranial aneurysms were randomly divided into intervention group(n=50) and control group(n=50).The routine preoperative and postoperative nursing care was taken in control group and a series of targeted psychological nursing interventions about general anesthesia awareness were applied on the basis of conventional nursing care in intervention group. The effect of anxiety and the degree of satisfaction of the quality of nursing care were better in intervention group than that in control group(P0.05).The early psychological nursing intervention can greatly decrease patient's preoperative anxiety,so actively prevent the incidence of general anesthesia awareness and improve the satisfaction of nursing care.
