A new study of check defense restriction

In traditional check theories,the defense of check is divided into material defense and human defense but this classification is not complete.Besides material defense and human defense,there is another defense,that is effective defense.On the basis of traditional two classification method,only human defense can be restricted and material defense can not.In three classification method,effective defense about check can be restricted and this restriction includes agent defense restriction,defense restriction for false check,defense restriction for blank check,defense restriction for invented check,defense restriction for paid check and defense restriction for unpaid check.
