Young people's deviating from the norm of network ethics has become the public damage to the society and a barrier of building the harmonious society.So,it's necessary to strengthen the theory construction of network ethics to change the young people's values,outlook on life and world outlook.It's necessary to connect good faith education and the enhancement of law organically,too.By explaining the origin of young people's deviating from the norm of network ethics,the article gives the young people a platform of using network scientifically and reasonably.
