Widening Room for Supervision by Public Opinion:Also about Power Restriction and Power Protection

The harmful factors to prevent the current supervision by public opinion are analyzed to widen the space for the supervision by public opinion and to set a new balance between power restriction and power protection.By an analysis of the development of the separation of three powers and the fourth power,the lessons obtained from employment of mass media by American presidents to counteract the supervision by public opinion,and the main standpoints and policies adopted by CPC to deal with the supervision by public opinion,five measures are put forward to erase the problems and to reinforce the scientific management of supervision by public opinion.
