THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A PERSONALIZED INTELLIGENT AGENT FOR INFORMATION FILTERING

This paper discusses the implementation of a personalized intelligent agent that performs information filtering on Internet. The agent can follow user interests dynamically, and filter information to determine which is of interest to the user when he inquires. This is done by converting documents into their Vector Space Model and performing BP neural network to learn user interests.
