Research on operational capability evaluation for amphibious ship formations based on cloud theory

The operational capability of ship formations is a complex system which involving multiple indicator,which is affect by battlefield environment,performance of equipment,human factors and so on,but also include many random factors and fuzzy factors,and it is some difficult in quantitative evaluating the operational capability of ship formations.After introducing the development of amphibious equipment in the world,the operational concept of amphibious ship formations has been introduced,and an index system of operational capability evaluation for amphibious ship formations was built.Based on cloud theory,the evaluation models for operational capability was introduced by using the method of the mcgc,and an example was calculated by this method.
