Nonvolatile Memory Application in Test Instrument

A method of storing parameters and importance data using nonvolatile memory in test instrument to avoid lose in RAM caused by powerdown are proposed.This nonvolatile memory has the advantage of large storage,simple interface and easy changing,which can realize the function of data backup and expansion of interface.
