Engineering Geological Isograms Model Based UML

In order to solve problems of isograms production, visual information models of engineer geological isograms is created by Unified Modeling Language. The models can reveal the parts and internal relationship, and analyze critical process of isograms pro-duction, which contribute to development of mapping system based on GIS platform. Guided by the models, a mapping system of en-gineering geological isograms is designed and realized on C#.NET and ArcEngine9.1. The system can produce dynamically kinds of isograms and complicated mapping elements, and realize integration application of source data management, spatial interpolation and mapping representation.
