Aimed at the ensuring operations ability of ground to air missile weapon system,a ensuring operations ability model and an estimate way of the parameters are presented in this paper. And hence, the evaluation method for the four key parameters is got based on the thought and techniques of grey correlation analysis. That is refers to realize scientific control and management for maintaining performance of the ground to air missile equips.
