Discussion on the Design and Development of Comprehensive Information Management System in Beiyunhe River

Beiyunhe comprehensive information management system provides a two-class platform for Beiyunhe managerial people. System functions include flood-control,water resources and water environment,river courses,water administration law,water projects and so on. This paper analyzed the system users and business data. Modularization was used in the system based on the Primeton EOS platform,which improved the extensibility and feasibility of the system. Also,system functions were customized in light of the people's work,which advanced the practicality and maneuverability of the system. Moreover,when dealing with the system data interface and application interface,the system strictly obeyed the related specifications and protocols to meet the operation demands,even to offer reference for the future expansion and improvement of the system.
