Soft Detection Algorithm Based on Posteriori Information Iterating for Distributed MIMO System

A soft detection algorithm based on a posteriori information iterating is proposed for distributed multiple input multiple output(MIMO)system with vertical Bell labs layered space time(V-BLAST) architecture.The algorithm makes use of a posteriori information of the last iteration and extrinsic information of the present iteration to obtain soft information of the sending symbols.Theoretical analysis and computer simulation results show that the algorithm can expedite the convergence rate of iterative detector and remarkably improve system performance.
