Development of Flood Control System Based on VC and MapX

In this paper,the status quo of flood control mathematical model is described and the current popular module is adopted,with the integration of VC and GIS module MapX,and a full flood control integration system with data processing,calculation,bidirectional query of graph and data.Statistical analysis is made and it is applied to Dongting Lake.
