Digital Controlling Processing for Bottom Die of Sand Core of Cylinder Head

The whole processing technology of bottom die of sand core of cylinder head is studied.The “cimatron” software and the five programs that are used in the processing of inner chamber are introduced.Moreover,the cutters and their diameters are listed.Thus generate G code for processing program.The practice shows that this processing technology can improve processing efficiency greatly with the precision within requirement.
