Security funds is one of the important factors which affect equipment availability,the supply optimization model of spare parts is particularly important for equipment with the greatest operational availability under limited protection funding.Equipment is implemented with three maintenance and spare parts according to the maintenance operations system currently in which grass-roots level,the relay level,and a base level being included.An equipment availability optimization model is built,which takes safeguard the funds as constraint condition,and a best three spare parts distribution plan is obtain ultimately.
