Delay-Tolerant Network(DTN) is a novel type of wireless network technique, and now has a trend in mergence with NDN(Named-Data Networks). With publication/subscription multicast protocol as the primitive model,a NDN environment under DTN is constructed,a deep discussion on the security and privacy issues under this environment is don.And then a privacy protected package validation scheme based on group signature is proposed, including the tamper-resistant TTL congestion control scheme based on hash chain. The simulations show that the TTL congestion control scheme could effectively protect the network from malicious behaviors such as flooding attack, while the hash chain effectively prevent the malicious user in tampering the TTL and blocking the network in disguised form.
