License management models and application for digital rights protection

A model for digital rights management is presented.The rights expression language and license management language all adopt LucScript,a language based on logical framework,which makes the rights expression and license management of the model owns the same logical semantics.The model uses logical pool to manage licenses.Compared with existing methods,the method owns many advantages in license update and incremental update,flexibility and convenience of rights immigration,payment model,fair use,etc.The management and run-time mechanisms of the model are analyzed and explained.Finally,the application methods of the model are shown and a contrast between the model and a related method is discussed.
