Theoretic Discussion on Tweleth Errors Module of Vector Network Analyzer

Starting with the measurement structure of the VNA,this paper analyses source of errors and their descriptions,introduces the basic theories of error correction.Formulas of calibration methods are also proved.Then we build experimental on wide band low loss device under calibration and non-calibration conditions.At last,this dissertation presents calibration results and discussions.
