Maximal Regular Subsemigroups of SPO_n

Let SPOn be the strictly order-preserving transformation semigroup on the finite chain Xn={1,2,3,…,n}.In this paper,the maximal regular subsemigroups of SPOn are discussed with the method of Green's relations,and all maximal regular subsemigroups of SPOn are determined.
