Research on channel assignment algorithm for wireless mesh neworks

Gateway is the traffic aggregate point of the whole network,around which the interference will reduce both the uplink and downlink throughput.However,the existing channel assignment algorithms assign channels for node interfaces without considering the specific position of gateway.In order to decrease the interference and confliction around gateway,a multi-channel assignment algorithm based on the gateway position is proposed,the efficiency of which is proved by the simulation results.
