Editoring is actually a process of value decision and creative work of high level.A thesis,as a spiritual product,having its own characteristic of knowledge value,and influenced by other factors,mekes it complicated for the main body of editors in its value decision.Whether they could grasp the basic principles in the process of value decision,whether they can keep to the standards of the selection of theses,is the prerequisites for the editors'success in the value decision and selection of theses.
