The CRM is a data mining application which collect s and manages VIP customer information from business database. This paper elaborates t he design and implementation selecting VIP customer information from life insura nce business database based on UNIX and INFORMIX DBMS, illustrating how to colle ct system datas, calculate member score, change member level and manage service activity.
