Client and provider should develop appropriate degree of tightness of outsourcing relationship in the different context of transaction,including incompact cooperation,standard application,customizing application,critical application and strategic partnership.Generally,Strong relationship should be developed in high interdependence transaction.This relationship needs and supports more informal coordination,more flexible joint decision,more effective incentive,more fully sharing of information,and more perfect management of knowledge.
