Development of Special Test Equipment Based on Virtual Instrument Technology

With the full development of test technology,people hope that more and more special test equipments have the ability to fulfill kinds of test functions quickly and accurately.Basic principle,constitutions and realized method of special test equipment are stated in this paper,technical requirements and functions of different parts of hardware are proposed as well.And the methods on how to implement the software algorithm are also depicted.In addition,some appeared problems when we debug the special test equipment are discussed in detail.
