Application of Lifting Wavelet to Analysis of Dam Displacement Based on Improved Threshold Value

The series of dam monitoring data is taken as a string of digital signal with different frequencies.Aiming at the high frequency noise,a new method of lifting wavelet based on improved threshold function is proposed to extract response component of dam deformation observation data.The example shows that the lifting wavelet based on improved threshold function is more accurate and objective in the process of extracting response component compared with traditional wavelet method.So it plays a key role in analysis of the dam work condition.
