With the development of electronic commerce,electronic commerce can be classified into several categories,such as a telecommunications network,a catalyst and digital products. The electronic commerce of digital products will expand wider market,form new commercial models and processes,and become the core of electronic commerce. In order to develop E commerce of digital products must solve two issues:what can be digital and how to protect those digital products. The system of Intellectual Property Right will provide the best solution for these issues.
